Adults only. Always.

When you browse or buy on qqbangpuff, we confirm that you are at least 18, or the legal purchase age in your country if that is higher.

The legal purchase age for vapour products differs by country. In most European countries you must be 18 or older to buy vaping products, while some destinations set a higher age. For orders delivered to the United States, federal law requires buyers to be 21 or older.

By entering this website and placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal purchase age in the jurisdiction where you are located and where the products will be delivered. If you are not of legal age, please leave this website now.

• You must be an adult of legal purchase age in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• You must be the person accepting delivery, or ensure an adult of legal age accepts it for you.
• You agree that we may verify your age again for any order where the law or our payment partners require it.

Our verification happens in layers so that age checks are simple for adults and effective against underage purchases:

1. Entry check — when you first visit the site you confirm that you are of legal age. Your choice is remembered on your device.
2. Checkout confirmation — before you pay you confirm again that you are of legal age and that the order is for yourself or another adult.
3. Delivery check — in markets that require it, the carrier collects an adult signature and may ask for government-issued photo ID at the door.
4. Additional checks — for specific orders or destinations we may use a third-party age verification service, as permitted by law.

Many deliveries must be signed for by an adult. Across most of Europe, carriers will only hand an age-restricted parcel to someone of legal age and may ask for photo ID. For deliveries to the United States, adult signature confirmation (21+) is required for parcels containing vaping products under the PACT Act.

Please make sure someone of legal age can receive your parcel. If nobody is available, the carrier will usually leave a notice and try again or hold the parcel for collection.

We use the minimum amount of information needed to verify your age and deliver your order. Details about how we collect and protect personal data are in our Privacy policy, and information about cookies is in our Cookie policy.
