Fast, tracked & adult-signed

Orders are packed at our Shenzhen warehouse and handed to the carrier within 24–72 business hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Our main market is Europe, where we ship most of our orders. We can also deliver to a limited number of other destinations, shown below and at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will check whether delivery can be arranged.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the number of items in your order and the delivery service you choose — we do not price shipping by weight. You will always see the exact cost before you pay.

• Standard tracked delivery — the default option for most orders.
• Express delivery — faster transit for orders that need to move quickly, where available.
• Free shipping — applied automatically when your order reaches the threshold shown in the store.

Every order is dispatched from our Shenzhen warehouse with tracking where available. As soon as your parcel leaves us, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow delivery from your account under the order details.

Vapour products are age-restricted in every market we ship to. In most European countries the carrier will only hand an age-restricted parcel to an adult, and depending on the destination and the service you choose the courier may ask for an adult signature and government-issued photo ID at the door.

Where local rules set a specific minimum age, that age applies — generally 18 in Europe, and 21 in the United States, where adult signature confirmation is required for vaping products under the PACT Act. Please make sure an adult of legal age is available to receive and sign for the parcel.

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

It is your responsibility to confirm that ordering and importing vapour products is legal in your country or state. Some jurisdictions restrict nicotine strength, tank sizes or product types, or ban them entirely.

• Use the exact street address format of your country, including apartment or unit numbers.
• Avoid P.O. boxes for services that require adult signature.
• Double-check the phone number — carriers use it to arrange delivery.
• If you move or notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately.

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, photograph the shipping box and its contents at the moment you receive the parcel — before you sign for it, or as it is handed over. Then contact us within 1–3 days of delivery. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns & refunds policy.
