Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & delivery page and at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to an adult who accepts it on your behalf. Adult signature may be required for age-restricted deliveries.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be subject to reshipment costs.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Opened vaping products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you additional protection. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, nothing in these terms removes the mandatory consumer rights and legal guarantees you have under the law of your country of residence.
